Why choose technology as a career?

Ireland is changing rapidly and our greatest assets are now our minds. Information communications technology (ICT) and what our minds can make of it, will become ever more important. A degree in a technology related subject will truly become a student's passport to the future, equipping him or her to move on into any career sector or role.

In the Careers in ICT section of our website, you will find information about the various programmes which ICT Ireland run, both for third level students of technology courses such as engineering, computer science and physics, and for second level students considering a degree course in technology. You will also find a link to live, up to date vacancies in high technology companies.
