New Government transitions document08/04/2013 - A new joint paper has been published by the Department of Education and Skills, NCCA, IOTI, IUA, SEC, and HEA on transition from second level education to around broader undergraduate entry, reducing grading bands, addressing predictability in the Leaving Certificate examination and a move away from rote learning and the points race. These are areas that have been lobbied for by IBEC for some time now.
